Overview:
- The Principal Change Officer is responsible for leading and coordinating change management across Data, Analytics, and Insights (DAI) operations, data assets and associated products and services.
- The Principal Change Officer is responsible for leading operation of the DAI Service Desk. This includes management and coordination of requests received by the Branch related to DAI data assets and associated products and services. The role has a focus on maintaining and improving customer service standards.
- The Principal Change Officer is responsible for leading DAI business application and process reviews to identify, develop and implement enhancements focused on streamlining operations and improving sustainability and efficiency.
