What you will do as the Learning Program and Talent Advisor

  • Manage the full learning lifecycle from procurement, to scheduling, delivering and evaluating our live and virtual programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of fit for purpose learning programs.
  • Create engaging content for our virtual learning programs.
  • Communicate and promote our program to learners, managers and external providers.

About you

In order to succeed in the role, you will have demonstrated experience in:

  • The coordination and support of L&D programs using an LMS.
  • Providing a high level of support and customer service delivery.
  • Coordinating procurement processes to engage external learning providers.
  • Successfully setting priorities and delivering quality outcomes on time.
  • Engaging constructively with stakeholders.
  • The application of the principles of adult learning and learning design.
  • Designing online learning using Articulate 360 or similar platform.
