The Opportunity
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of learning solutions delivered to Executive Education participants on both customised solutions and short course programs. You will provide practical and efficient project management through developing and managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across the entire life cycle of a program. The position entails project management, participant management, reporting and holds key accountability for the client and participant experience.
This position requires flexibility in work patterns (including occasional weekend and evening work) and may also include travel as required to meet program requirements.
Accountabilities will include:
- Management of all administrative processes pertaining to client and participant progress including program planning, enrolment, participant experience and engagement, and extracurricular events.
- Providing responsive, accurate and courteous service to clients and participants which meets their needs.
- Project management of programs over a lifecycle, ensuring that program delivery occurs to time and budget and complies with agreed policies or frameworks, methodologies and quality assurance processes.
About you
Highly motivated and engaged, you are an experienced program manager with an exceptional customer service focus. You will be able to demonstrate similar experience in either a project or program management capacity ideally gained within an organisation offering a business education. You will display a strong program management focus and a commitment to providing exemplary service, together with superior written and verbal communication skills and strong proficiency and skills in using the Microsoft suite of programs.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Degree-level qualifications in business, learning and development, education or related disciplines
- Project or program management experience
- Background in learner support or experience would be desirable
- Extensive experience and high-level skills to use and manipulate digital technologies such as databases, social media, survey tools and Microsoft office
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships and highly developed skills to cultivate an exceptional customer service philosophy and culture in a high volume, process-driven work environment.
